Excellent stay, friendly service

helpful staff quick resolution convenient location complimentary coffee
The staff were helpful. They provided directions and local information. I had a minor issue with the television remote. Staff resolved it quickly. The location provided convenient access to public transportation. I also found the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby very welcome.
The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours. This caused minor delays.
Service

Staff were always available at the front desk. They answered questions about nearby attractions and restaurants, also providing maps. Their responsiveness and willingness to help enhanced the stay, i think.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel has a small business center with computers. Printing services are available at a reasonable cost. The vending machines in the lobby offered a selection of drinks and snacks, great stuff.
Rooms
9/10
The room included two beds with clean linens. A desk and chair were available for working, good thing. The blackout curtains kept the room dark at night, very important to me!
Dining

The breakfast buffet offered a selection of hot and cold items. Scrambled eggs, sausages, and pastries were available, too. Coffee and juices were included in the breakfast service. This was really useful.
